Keys to Healthy Living
Good health requires far more than medical care. At the Little Compton Wellness Center we've adopted an approach to healthy aging/living that addresses four pillars of health:
BODY - BRAIN - NUTRITION - COMMUNITY
Based on those four pillars, we are hosting the following programs in October. Save the dates....more information about each program to follow.
BRAIN: Kari Star and Ryan Post will explore memory and mindfulness.

COMMUNITY: John Rogers will address "Social Issues Facing Elders."
Thursday, October 13 at 6:30 pm (upstairs)
BODY: Bill Poirier from OPT will lecture on changes in the body; flexibility; agility, etc.
Thursday, October 20 at 6:30 pm (upstairs)
NUTRITION: Kristin Niessink will discuss "For the Love of Food...."
